To get started, complete our online registration form.

What you'll need:

• Child's basic information (name, age, DOB)

• Parent/Guardian contact details

• Emergency contact information

• Medical information, allergies, or special considerations

Tip: Spaces are limited and filled on a first-come, first-served basis. 

Once your registration is submitted, you will receive:

• A confirmation email within (24-48 hours)

• A schedule for booking a meeting with the camp director (If selected on registration form)

• Next steps and payment instructions

Your child's spot is officially secured once payment is received.

Payment Details:

• Deposit required: $825.00 (per child)

• Payment method accepted: e-transfer

• Deposit payment deadline: 1 week after receiving confirmation email or after virtual meeting with director. 

Discounts:

• Sibling Discounts will be applied, which may change your deposit amount.

• Bring a Friend Discount will be applied, which may change either your deposit or final payment amount. 

Before camp begins, families must submit the following:

• Emergency contact form

• Medical & allergy information

• Authorized pick-up list

• Waivers/consent forms

These will be sent via email after registration, along with the Parent Handbook, Camp Schedule, and Camp Calendar. 

In the weeks leading up to camp (starting mid-June), you'll receive:

• What to bring checklist

• Drop-off & Pick-up procedures

• Staff introductions

• Important reminders

This ensures that your child arrives feeling confident and prepared.

Here's what your child should bring each day:

Daily Essentials:

• Nut-free lunch & snacks

• Reusable water bottle

• Hat & Sunscreen

• Comfortable clothing and running shoes

Just incase:

• Change of clothes

Please label all belongings with your childs First and Last name.

Drop-Off:

• Time: 7:30 am

• Location: 1195 Clarkson Rd N, Mississauga, ON L5J 4N3

• Staff will be present to greet and assist

Pick-Up:

• Authorized guardians must show ID (if requested)

• Only individuals listed on your form may pick up your child (unless you have sent an email to the camp director authorizing another person to pick up that day)

Our team will ensure a smooth, welcoming transition for every camper!

We keep parents informed through:

• Daily or Weekly Update Sheets (Parent Request)

• Photos via Google Classroom (if consent is provided)

• Direct communication for any concerns
