What is your refund policy?

Deposits are non-refundable. If, for any reason, the camp is not able to run all deposits will be refunded asap.

Is there extended care available?

Unfortunately, there is no extended time available. Please ensure that you have a pick-up person available for 4:00pm.

What are your staff-to-child ratios?

We maintain a 1 staff to 8 children ratio, as well as supply staff readily available on-site. This is to ensure safety, supervision, and small group ratios to provide personalized attention for every camper.

Can I register for individual weeks or does it have to be the full 6 weeks?

No, registration is for the entire 6 week period that camp runs. Only under particular circumstance would enrolment for select weeks be granted. For further information on this please send an email to: vanessasolanes@loving-legacy.com 

Do you offer sibling discounts?

Yes, we offer a sibling discount of 10% for families enrolling more than one child. 

Is lunch provided?

No, campers are required to bring a nut-free lunch and snacks each day. Please ensure all food complies with our allergy safe guidelines.

What happens if my child is nervous or has separation anxiety?

This is very common! Our staff are experienced in helping children feel comfortable and included. We use gentle transitions, buddy systems, and engaging activities to help ease them into the day.

Are there outdoor activities every day?

Yes! We prioritize outdoor play and physical activity daily, weather permitting. We also have indoor programming prepared for extreme weather conditions.

How do you handle behaviour or conflicts between campers?

We focus on positive reinforcement, communication, and problem-solving. Our goal is to create a respectful and inclusive environment while helping children build social skills.
